To use SmartAlec customers will need to go to the link below and click on "First Time User"
Customers will need to enter in their Library Card Number, PIN and Email address or Phone. If customers get a replacement card they will need to be the one to update this information. Digital Services will not have access to modifying users accounts for SmartAlec.
Once customers have registered they will get a text message or email verifying their account creation. When a customer is logged they will see the below interface which allows uploaded documents from any browser.
