If you forget your password, go to https://merchantcenter.transit-pass.com type in your username/email address unless otherwise instructed. Click Login.
At this point you will click on "Forgot Password?"
Type in your work email address and the answer to your security question. Then press "Next"
The system will email you a temporary password.
Your password is expired
If you log in and get the message your password has expired, you will need to call the number in the message 800-390-7924
You will need to enter the merchant ID 52525148 and press #
The business name is Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library
The rep will send you a password reset email. You will need to log in with that temporary password and reset your security questions.
